Deputy Sieck responded to Highway #127, near Jasper Trail, per a report of a tree branch in the road. The branch was removed from the travel portion of the roadway.

Deputy Sieck responded to a one-vehicle accident on 288th Street, east of Highway #191. An OWI investigation was performed and charges are pending test results from the DCI Laboratory.

Deputy Denton-(along with K9 Leo) assisted the Iowa State Patrol with a traffic stop on Loess Hills Trail & 335th Street. K9 Leo was deployed and alerted on the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was performed locating several illegal items. Iowa State Patrol is handling any charges related to this incident.

Deputy McMurray checked on a vehicle and trailer located on 280th Street, near Highway #30. The vehicle was found to be unoccupied. The vehicle was later towed as it was determined to be a traffic hazard.

Sergeant Klutts assisted the Missouri Valley Police with traffic control for their Halloween Parade.

Deputy Madsen initiated a traffic stop on Austin Avenue, near Highway #30. Todd Boesch of Modale was arrested for OWI & a Speed Violation and transported to jail.

Deputy Kline responded to a parking complaint on 220th Street. Contact was made with the vehicle owner and arrangements were made to move the vehicle.

Deputy Kline responded to a medical call at a residence on Liberty Avenue. Assistance was provided until Missouri Valley Rescue arrived on scene.

Deputy Kline responded to a report of a subject walking on Highway #30, near Fremont Avenue. The subject was located and identified and provided transport to Blair, Nebraska.

Deputy Kline responded to a suspicious vehicle/persons complaint in Valley View. Contact was made and these subjects were detailing a vehicle for the homeowner. No further action taken per these findings.

Deputy Knickman and Sergeant Flaherty responded to a reported disturbance at a residence on Elm Street in Pisgah. A subject was arrested for Domestic Abuse Assault and transported to jail.

Deputy McMurray was contacted regarding an abandoned vehicle complaint at a residence on Highway #127. A VIN Check showed the vehicle as being in a repossession status through the bank. The bank was contacted per this information.

Sergeant Flaherty and Deputy Knickman responded to medical call at the cemetery in Logan. Assistance was provided until Logan Rescue arrived on scene.

Sergeant Flaherty responded to a trespass complaint on Landview Lane. Contact was made with the suspect and the issue was resolved between the two parties involved.

Deputy Kline assisted a subject that had locked their keys in the vehicle with an infant child left inside the vehicle near 296th Street and Harris Grove Church.

Sergeant Flaherty responded to a report of someone tampering with a trail camera in a field area near 292nd Street & Niles Trail. Nobody was located within the area, but the trail camera was located during this time.

Deputy Reynolds responded to a death report at a residence on Jaguar Avenue.

Deputy Kline observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the travel portion of 1st Street & Park Street in Dunlap. The vehicle was found unoccupied and was discovered to have been stolen and used to commit a burglary at a business located in Dunlap. Dunlap Police is handling any charges related to this incident.

Deputies Kline and Reynolds responded to a death report at a residence on Boyer View Drive in Logan.

Sergeant Klutts responded to a damaged vehicle report on Loess Hills Trail. It was reported that gravel had fallen off a truck and caused damage to the windshield on another’s vehicle. This incident was discovered to have taken place in Pottawattamie County and this information was forwarded on to them.

Deputy McMurray was contacted regarding a check uttered at a business in Mondamin on a closed account. A subject was identified and a warrant for Theft has been requested.

Deputies McMurray and Denton responded to Loess Hills Trail and Desoto Avenue to assist Pottawattamie County with a subject that was out of control. The subject was detained until a Pottawattamie County Deputy arrived and took custody of the subject. Pottawattamie County will handle any charges related to this incident.

Deputy Madsen initiated a traffic stop on Overton Avenue, near York Road. Deputy Denton along with K9 Leo arrived to assist. K9 Leo alerted on the vehicle and a search was performed. Dorothy Bates of Council Bluffs was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and transported to jail.

Deputy Knickman, Sheriff Doiel and Sergeant Flaherty responded to a one-vehicle accident on 315th Street, near Winston Avenue.

Deputy Reynolds responded to a pickup deer accident on Highway #30, just north of Missouri Valley.

Deputy Knickman responded to a residential alarm on Lima Trail. The residence was found locked/secured. The owner arrived and no foul play was observed at the scene.

Deputies Reynolds and Kline responded to a requested welfare check on a subject at a residence on 2nd Avenue in Logan. The residence was checked the subject was not present. This information was forwarded on to the complainant.

Deputies Kline and Knickman assisted Iowa State Patrol with a traffic complaint that turned into an OWI investigation on Interstate #29, near the #81 mile-marker. Iowa State Patrol is handling any charges related to this incident.

Deputy Kline was contacted by a resident on Polk Street in Pisgah for a complaint of harassment by phone and Facebook from a subject that resides out of state. Subject was advised to block this subject from these accounts.

Sergeant Flaherty assisted a stranded motorist that had ran out of gas on Interstate #29, near the #81 mile-marker.

Deputy Kline arrested Heriberto Gomez of Omaha, Nebraska, when Gomez arrived at the jail to turn himself in for an outstanding Harrison County warrant for OWI.

Deputy Sieck received a suspicious vehicle complaint near a residence on Vine Street in Little Sioux. The area was checked and the described vehicle was not located.

Deputy Denton initiated a traffic stop on Austin Avenue, near Highway #30. Andrew White of Council Bluffs was arrested for a US Marshall Warrant and transported to the Harrison County Jail.

Sergeant Klutts responded to a medical call at a residence on E. 8th Street in Logan. Assistance as provided until Logan Rescue arrived on scene.

Deputy Denton initiated a traffic stop on Highway #30, within the city limits of Logan. Deputies Madsen and McMurray arrived to assist. K9 Leo alerted on the vehicle and a search was performed. Drug equipment and several false identification and social security cards were recovered from the vehicle. The driver, Faustino Villa Sanchez of Denison was arrested for Forgery and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The passenger, Jose De Jesus Leon De Luna of Denison was arrested for Forgery. Both subjects were transported to jail.

Deputy Madsen responded to a one-vehicle accident on Highway #30, near Monroe Avenue. Roy Shirey of Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested for OWI and transported to jail.

Sergeant Klutts received a call from a resident on Vine Street in Mondamin regarding medical issues with a family member. Some options were provided to the caller regarding the reported issues.

Sergeant Klutts assisted the Logan Fire with checking for a reported strange odor in town. The odor was believed to be coming from the rock quarry area.

Sergeant Klutts and Deputy McMurray responded to Interstate #29, near the #72 mile-marker, to assist Pottawattamie County with a reported intoxicated subject walking in the area. Pottawattamie County will be handling any charges related to this incident.

Deputy Denton initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of 1st Avenue & 8th Street in Logan. Danny Shannon of Logan was arrested for Driving While Revoked and transported to jail.

Deputy Madsen initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of 4th Street & Park Street in Woodbine. Nathan Colwell and Tyler Coberly were cited for Possession of Alcohol Under Age.

Deputy Denton initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of 6th Street & Weare Street in Woodbine. Zachery Wilson of Woodbine was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Deputy Madsen responded to the West Harrison School in Mondamin for an alarm. A key holder also responded and the building was checked with no evidence of foul play being observed.

Sheriff Doiel responded to a medical call at a residence on Loomis Trail. Patient was transported to CHI Missouri Valley Hospital by Missouri Valley Rescue.

Sergeant Klutts was contacted regarding a missing adult with a possible medical condition from a residence on Prairie Trail. The adult was later located at a gas station in Greenwood, Nebraska.

Deputy Madsen responded to a tree that had fallen and was blocking the roadway on Highway #127, west of Magnolia. The tree was removed from the travel portion of the roadway.

Deputy Reynolds arrested Maddison Medbourn of Mondamin for an outstanding Harrison County warrant for OWI. Medbourn was transported to jail.

Deputy Reynolds responded to Valley View for a requested welfare check. All was found to be fine and this information was forwarded on to the caller that requested the check.

Sergeant Flaherty responded to a trespass complaint at a residence on 5th Avenue in Persia. Anthony Davis of Shelby was arrested for Trespassing and transported to jail.

Deputy Kline arrested Jeanette Kolhof of Little Sioux for an outstanding Harrison County warrant for Failure to Appear. Kolhoff was transported to jail.

Deputy Reynolds responded to a one-vehicle accident at the intersection of 296th Street & Mounds Trail.

Deputies Kline and Reynolds responded to a reported domestic incident at a residence on Ithaca Avenue. A subject was arrested and transported to jail.

Deputy Kline responded to a car deer accident on Loomis Avenue, north of Highway #30.

Deputy McMurray responded to a SUV deer accident on Highway #30, near 155th Street.

Deputy Sieck was contacted regarding a check from an unknown business that was sent to a resident on Rockdale Avenue. The resident had taken the check to the bank and was advised that this check was not a valid document and that this was a scam.

Deputy Sieck responded to a one-vehicle accident on Overton Avenue, near 325th Street.

Deputy Sieck was contacted by a resident on Vienna Avenue for an agreement regarding the sale of a vehicle. This subject was informed that this is a civil matter and they would need to handle this in civil court.

Deputy Denton responded to a tree that had fallen and was blocking the roadway on Highway #183, near 170th Street. A passing motorist had a chainsaw and the tree was cut and they were able to remove the tree from the travel portion of the roadway.
