Deputy Doiel is investigating theft of property from a building site on Pierce Ave.
Deputy Kline assisted Pott. Co. with a domestic dispute that started in Loveland. A subject was transported to CHI by Missouri Valley Rescue.
Deputy Flaherty transported Tyler Heffernan from the Pott. Co jail to Harrison on an outstanding arrest warrant.

Deputies Kline and Flaherty responded to a report of suspicious activity around a residence on 194th St.The area was checked, nothing was found.

Deputy Kline responded to a vehicle in the ditch on Lima Trl. The vehicle had no damage and was removed by a private tow.
Deputy Flaherty stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation west of Missouri Valley. During the stop drugs were located. Beau Smith of Council Bluffs was arrested and transported to jail. Smith was charged with several driving offenses as well possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.

Deputy Denton again responded to a suspicious person walking on the road by a residence on 194th St The area was checked, no one was located.

Deputy Flaherty responded to the I-29 rest area for a 911 hang up call. No one was located that had made any calls.
Deputies Knickman and Flaherty responded to a suspicious vehicle report on Italy Ave. The area was checked but the described vehicle was not located.
Deputy Doiel arrested Shannon Mink of Woodbine for driving while barred. Mink had driven to the Sheriff’s office to visit an inmate. Mink was booked into jail.

A total of 23 inmates were booked into jail in the month of February, 17 males and 6 females.
