WOODBINE — Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Serving all three meals is just one of the changes the new owners will be making at their restaurant, Dairy Sweet in Woodbine. (Its new name will be Nutshelle’s Dairy Sweet.)

Roshelle Sears-Downey and Randall “Nut” Meeker, both originally from Logan and engaged, will open sometime in January of the new year.

We have been talking about running a business for three or four years and waiting for the right opportunity, said Roshelle.

“We heard about it being for sale through the family who was selling it,” she added.

After many discussions, the couple purchased the business.

Changes are coming for the business, but not so much the building itself but more so regarding the current menus.

“I love to cook,” says Roshelle. The same goes for Randall.

The couple thought it only made sense to be open for breakfast as well as lunch and dinner.

Plus, it gives locals one more place to go whether it is to have a couple cups of coffee with friends or sit down with a significant other and have a nice meal.

Read the rest of the story about the couple's new "adventure" in the December 16 issue of your hometown newspaper, The Twiner-Herald!
