Bengals vs. Chiefs: Early betting lines and odds for AFC Championship Game

The Cincinnati Bengals will face the Kansas City Chiefs for the second year in a row in the AFC Championship Game and a spot in Super Bowl LVII.

The third-seeded Bengals beat the Buffalo Bills, 27-10, on Sunday to clinch a berth in the conference championship game, while the top-seeded Chiefs held off the Jacksonville Jaguars, 27-20, on Saturday.

Kansas City opened as a 1.5-point favorite over Cincinnati in next week’s game, according to DraftKings.

The Bengals beat the Chiefs last year to make it to their first Super Bowl in more than 30 years.

The San Francisco 49ers will play the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC title game. The Eagles opened as 2.5-point favorites
